Meanwhile, several signs to alert you to a subterranean termite infestation include:
-Mud tubes.
-Damaged or “hollow” sounding wood.
-Dead termites or wings.
-Live termites.
-Swarming termites.

could be for other reasons than this things hilarity hit me…but i laughed my ass off!!!

I like that the live and the swarming termites are mutually exclusive. There’s probably a bunch of lazy-ass termites out there who prefer sitting around munching wood to swarming around each other, and I can’t say I blame them.
